We specialize in barrier-safe facials, full body & intimate waxing, intimate skin lightening, and treatments. Treatments are customized in real time, based on how your skin is responding — not just what was originally booked. Many clients appreciate the level of attention given throughout the service. In addition to corrective skin services, we also offer yoni steaming and womb restoration treatment, creating space for deeper care that supports relaxation, circulation, and overall balance in a structured, professional way. Cancellation Policy

BOOKING, CANCELLATIONS & RETAINERS BOOKING & CANCELLATIONS ▫️24-hour notice required to cancel or reschedule. ▫️Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or arrivals 10 minutes late = forfeiture of retainer ▫️No cancellations allowed via social media RETAINERS & REBOOKING ▫️All appointments require a $25 non-refundable retainer, applied to the service total. ▫️Retainers are final and non-transferable and forfeited for same day cancellations, or no-shows If Her Soft Side Studio cancels your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, including same-day cancellations due to illness or emergency, the $25 retainer will be fully refunded in accordance with standard business banking processing timelines. ESTABLISHED CLIENT ▫️Two consecutive no-shows revoke booking privileges (studio approval required) RUNNING LATE ▫️Communication is best if you are running late. ▫️Accommodations are not guaranteed and depend on schedule availability. ▫️Arrivals 10 minutes late may be refused service with full loss of retainer. If the esthetician is delayed by more than 10 minutes, the client will be notified. Service completion or rescheduling will be determined based on availability. Her Soft Side Studio is appointment-only. All appointments must be scheduled at least 3 hours in advance.
