Her Soft Side Studio is a private, appointment-only studio located in Henderson, Nevada. It is an intentionally curated space created for women seeking expert-level care and visible results in an elevated, welcoming environment. I’m Tameria Nichelle, an Advanced Aesthetician trained at both the NIMA Institute and Avalon Institute in Las Vegas. I bring over 22 years of clinical experience as a Certified Medical Assistant, having worked alongside medical providers in dermatology, gynecology, and internal medicine. This medical background informs how I approach the skin — with safety, precision, and long-term skin health as the standard. Her Soft Side Studio specializes in intimate skin care, corrective post-wax support, and full-body skin barrier support, with a focused approach to ingrown prevention, irritation management, and pigment correction. The studio operates as a specialty practice, not a high-volume waxing or skincare environment. Appointments are structured and individualized, with attention given to how the skin responds during and after each visit. For clients seeking more structured correction, Mons Pubis Correction Bootcamp, Underarm Correction Bootcamp, and stand-alone intimate skin lightening treatments are available and can be found in the Packages section. Facial services are also offered. Getting Started: New intimate skin care clients may begin with a Brazilian Wax + Calming Masque, a Brazilian Wax + Soothe Her Vajacial, or by enrolling directly in a Mons Pubis Correction or Underarm Correction Bootcamp. Cancellation Policy
BOOKING, CANCELLATIONS & RETAINERS
▫️Established & New Clients may book directly.
BOOKING & CANCELLATIONS
▫️24-hour notice required to cancel or reschedule.
▫️Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or arrivals 10 minutes late = forfeiture of retainer
▫️Text or phone only for changes
▫️No cancellations via social media
RETAINERS & REBOOKING
▫️New client appointments require a 50% non-refundable retainer, applied to the service total.
▫️Retainers are final and non-transferable and forfeited for cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows
▫️No credits, rollovers, or exceptions
If Her Soft Side Studio cancels your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, including same-day cancellations due to illness or emergency, the 50% retainer will be fully refunded in accordance with standard business banking processing timelines.
ESTABLISHED CLIENT REBOOKING
▫️A 30% non-refundable retainer is charged 7 days prior to rebooked appointments
▫️If the retainer cannot be processed, the appointment is automatically canceled
▫️Two consecutive no-shows revoke booking privileges (studio approval required)
RUNNING LATE
▫️Communication is required if you are running behind. Clients must text or call immediately.
▫️Accommodations are not guaranteed and depend on schedule availability.
▫️Arrivals 10 minutes late may be refused service with full loss of retainer.
If the esthetician is delayed by more than 10 minutes, the client will be notified. Service completion or rescheduling will be determined based on availability.
